IN LOVING MEMORY
This page is dedicated in memory of my Mother and Father who I missed very much. My mother died when I was 13,000 miles away from home...my family never had a chance to formally say goodbye to her... never had a chance to meet my husband and my 2 daughters. It hurts so much when we couldn't secure passports fast enough to be there for her funeral. Better late than never... when our passports came... we all flew home and was able to at least see her grave.
Shortly, after my mother's death I was able to convince my father to come over to live with us. It wasn't easy for him to leave my mother's grave behind and all the happy memories they have shared together. Before Christmas of 1989, he suffered a massive heart attack...instantly gone into coma for a week... couldn't hold on and died. He was laid to rest 13,000 miles away from my mother. During that time, I have in my possession a most treasured picture of my mother in her casket. I thought of slipping my mother's picture into my father's casket... Although their grave being separated 13,000 miles apart... My daily thoughts and prayers for them were meant as if they were together and side by side.
"May the souls of my mother and father through the mercy God rest in peace."
Thank You Lord, For My Father And Mother.
Grant Me To Realize The Depth Of
Their Love For Me.
Enlighten Me In My Ignorance,
Advise Me In My Doubts,
Assist Me To Live A Holy Life
